Thanks for stopping by!

I am a programmer at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging. Since I started in May 2023, I have been creating, automating, and maintaining data processing pipelines for clinical research documents. I am also working on a project aimed at detecting anomalies in clinical form submissions.

Prior to that, I was a research engineer at the USC Information Sciences Institute. There, I wrote programs to monitor and process annotation data, assisted in designing annotation tasks, and contributed my skills towards the development of web tools and semantic extraction systems.

My latest education was completing my M.S. program in Computational Linguistics at the University of Rochester. During my time there, I took courses in linguistics and computer science while assisting with research for the Quantitative Semantics Lab and the TRIPS Lab.

Broadly my interests are in natural language processing, software engineering, artificial intelligence, UX design, semantics, and second-language acquisition. I also hope to gain more experience in developing web applications and become proficient in Japanese.

My other interests include fiction writing, digital art, video games, and bubble tea.
